[Difference of the Week] Drinking Games in America

Drinking Games in America

Drinking Games in America

Drinking games are extremely popular in America. The variety of paper and online resources à la “best American drinking games”, etc. is the best proof to it. Let us take “beer pong” as an example, the phrase itself has become  a part of shared cultural knowledge. The very fact that Wikipedia has an informative  article about beer pong says a lot.

Some people say that it’ s fun only for college kids but I tend to think otherwise. Or, at least, I wouldn’t restrict drinking games’ lovers to a specific age/social status category.  You never know:)
